When to take the next one
If a filled tank tastes flat or burnt, the coil is used up. It cannot be replaced on its own, so the next cartridge from the box takes over.

The box holds five empty replacement cartridges for the eGo Pod, each with a 2 ml tank. The coil is pressed into every cartridge. You can choose 1.2 ohm (InnoCigs) or 1.0 ohm (Joyetech AST).

Tank and coil in one part
The smoky grey tinted housing shows the chimney and coil head, so the fill level is visible from outside. The 1.2 ohm version is filled through an opening in its base, the 1.0 ohm AST version through a silicone flap on the side.

Fit
For the InnoCigs eGo Pod
Both versions plug into the top bay of the InnoCigs eGo Pod, which is built by Joyetech. According to its print, the 1.2 ohm cartridge runs at 9 to 12 W and suits a restricted MTL draw. The 1.0 ohm AST cartridge belongs to the eGo Pod AST; according to the manufacturer it also fits the InnoCigs and Joyetech eGo Pod.

First fill
Let it soak first
Once filled for the first time, give the sealed cartridge some minutes of rest; the wick needs that time to take up liquid. Keep the first draws short.

Where is the eGo Pod cartridge filled?
The 1.2 ohm version from below through the base opening, the 1.0 ohm AST version from the side under the silicone flap.
Can the coil be replaced?
No. Coil and tank are one part; you always swap the whole cartridge.

Well-matched resistance
Almost entirely happy. The pod at 1.2 Ohm pairs well with my liquid. Handy that there are 5 of them, so I always have a spare. Compared with my old pods, I get noticeably more flavour. Hence one star less.

Long-lasting
One small thing short of complete happiness. Even on the terrace in low light I can still judge the level. With my liquid it keeps going a long time before the flavour fades. Sturdy box and the goods well protected. It took a while before the pod was properly broken in
