Nothing to fault
New customer here, the first impression is right. Pleasantly surprised. Since the summer it’s gone from the shisha to my bag and back without picking up any marks. Support was friendly and quick when I had a question. In real life it looks even better than in the pictures. With my girlfriend everyone now has their own, and nobody has to wipe the hose anymore. Next time here again. 💯

Lovely material
As an old hand I mainly look at the details with mouthpieces. Came discreetly packed with no obvious labelling. The turquoise looks really classy in person. In the hand the plastic comes across as properly upmarket. Price-wise rather at the upper end. A good choice despite the small minus point.
