The Ploom Aura is a heated tobacco device by JTI and the successor to the Ploom X. The colour is picked in the variant selector, while the hardware and what comes in the box do not change between finishes.

Four heating modes with Heat Select
Before inserting the stick, you set one of four heating modes via Heat Select, either on the device or in the Ploom app. The Aura is ready after around 25 seconds and a session lasts about five minutes. A light bar and vibration show the status.

Colours
Five versions
Navy Blue, Lunar Silver, Jet Black, Rose Gold and Glacier White. Apart from the shade, all five finishes are built identically.

Care and matching sticks
About once a month you remove the front panel and clean the heating channel with the supplied cleaning stick. For sticks, you choose between EVO with tobacco and LYO without tobacco.

Which sticks fit the Ploom Aura?
EVO and LYO. Sticks for IQOS or glo cannot be used.
How long does one battery charge last?
The 1,975 mAh battery lasts for around 20 sticks. Via USB-C it is fully charged again after about three hours.
Can I change the heating mode during a session?
No. You choose the mode before inserting the stick, on the device or in the app.
How big and heavy is the Aura?
It measures 2.2 × 11 × 2.5 cm and weighs 75.5 g.
