Are there any problems when paying with PayPal?
Once you have successfully entered your PayPal details, your order will be completed and immediately processed and dispatched by us. If you accidentally close the PayPal pop-up or your payment fails, this is not a problem, your order has still been created. Simply go to “Account” and then to “Orders”. There you will see the orders you have placed, which now have the status “open”. Click on the three dots next to the order and click on “Complete order”. You will now return to the checkout page and can try to pay again with PayPal or change the payment method.
If you also have problems with this, simply try ordering again. Write us a short message to kontakt@hookain.de and we will cancel your old order.
Does ordering with PayPal cost more?
No. Payment with PayPal is at no extra cost to you. With us, all payment methods are the same and there are no hidden costs for you.

If you are still dissatisfied, you can of course also make use of your buyer protection, we always try not to let it get that far.
