Iqos and Glo – Two Systems, One Principle
Iqos uses a heating blade to warm the tobacco in Heets sticks to approximately 350 °C. This creates a nicotine-containing aerosol without open combustion. The latest generation, Iqos Iluma, utilizes Terea sticks with an integrated metal insert for even more consistent heating.
Glo employs 360° induction heating and is designed for use with Neo tobacco sticks. Different intensity levels allow for a personalized experience, while the uniform heating ensures consistently good flavor.
Compatible Tobacco Sticks: Heets, Neo, and Terea
For Iqos, Heets sticks are available in a variety of flavors – ranging from classic tobacco to fresh and fruity aromas. Terea sticks were specially developed for Iqos Iluma and contain a metal insert to improve heating efficiency. Users of Glo can choose Neo sticks, which also come in a wide selection of flavors.
