In a longfill, only the concentrate sits at the bottom of a large bottle. You fill the rest with base, the tasteless PG and VG carrier. For Dr. Frost that is 14 ml of concentrate at 0 mg nicotine in a 60 ml bottle. The label says Ice Cold, and that is how the flavours vape: fruit up front, a cold finish behind it. The choice includes Blue Razz (blue raspberry), Honeydew Blackcurrant, Orange Mango, Apple Cranberry, Dark Berries, Pineapple and Banana. Iceberg is the berry blend of the line, made of raspberry, blueberry, blackberry and strawberry with a hint of aniseed.

How to mix a Dr. Frost longfill
Shots first, base second: a nicotine shot is a 10 ml bottle of base with 20 mg of nicotine per ml. One shot takes the 60 ml to just over 3 mg, two shots to almost 7 mg. Then top up with base to the brim. Without nicotine you add 46 ml of base. Cap on, shake well, done. Let the bottle steep for 1 to 3 days afterwards, or 2 to 5 days for Frosty Fizz, so concentrate and base can blend.

No. The 14 ml are a concentrate and always need topping up with base.
Which base suits Dr. Frost?
A 50/50 base for pods and MTL (drawing into the mouth first, then the lungs), a 70/30 base with more VG for DL (direct-to-lung) on a sub-ohm coil.
Do I have to fill the bottle completely?
Yes. The concentrate is pre-dosed for 60 ml. Less base makes the e-liquid too strong, a bigger bottle thins out the cooling.
