Shipping

DHL

After successful age verification and receipt of payment, the parcel is handed over to the shipping provider DHL and is generally delivered within 1-3 working days. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for exceptions and deviations. You will receive a tracking code by e-mail for tracking your shipment. This code is also available in your profile under "My Orders". Shipping within Germany is free for orders of €80 or more.

Payment Methods

Invoice

Payment by invoice is available only in the Germany channel.

All prices include statutory VAT plus shipping costs. If we do not receive payment within 14 days, your order will be automatically cancelled. (Not applicable when purchasing on account!).

Bank Transfer

Transfer the amount directly to our bank account. Please use your order number as the payment reference. Your order will only be shipped once payment has been received in our account.
