The SKE Crystal Edge empty pod is the 2 ml pod that sits in the base unit. It takes the e-liquid from the prefilled 10 ml pod and contains the mesh coil. Without it the Crystal Edge system does not run, because the large pod passes its e-liquid to the empty pod without contact.
You can find the base unit and prefilled 10 ml pods under SKE Crystal Edge. Replace the empty pod when the flavour fades or the coil tastes burnt.
Battery and charging
The empty pod has no battery of its own. The energy comes from the Crystal Edge base unit with 800 mAh, which you charge via USB-C.
Pods and compatibility
The empty pod is built for the Crystal Edge system and works together with the SKE Crystal Edge base unit and the prefilled 10 ml pod. It is not intended for other pod systems, such as Crystal Plus. It connects to the device via the magnetic dock.
Operation
You insert the empty pod into the base device and plug the 10 ml pod on. After that a draw on the mouthpiece is enough, and the device's draw activation does the rest. The mesh coil in the empty pod provides even heat and a calm MTL draw.

- Take the empty pod out of the packaging.
- Insert it into the Crystal Edge base device.
- Plug on the prefilled 10 ml pod.
- Wait a few minutes so that the mesh coil is soaked through.
- Draw on the mouthpiece and start your session.
