How it works

Order
1 point per euro of order value – in your customer account with VIP programme participation, not as a guest.

Collect points
Credited 17 days after shipping and payment. Points expire if you collect no new points for 12 months – every purchase that earns points restarts the 12 months.

Use your tier benefit
From the first tier on, you get your tier benefit. The points themselves are not redeemed.
Participation and points
Taking part is voluntary and you can end it in your customer account at any time. Points are not redeemed; they set your VIP tier and its tier benefit.
