The Lost Vape E Plus Dual Mesh Pod is a pod with a built-in dual-mesh coil and 3 ml tank volume. It comes with 0.3 ohm, 0.45 ohm and 0.6 ohm. A pack contains 3 pods, filled from the side (side filling).
Resistances and power
The coil is fixed inside the pod. When its performance drops, replace the whole pod. Depending on resistance, the pod is designed for the following draw:
- 0.3 ohm: DL (Direct Lung), 30 to 40 W
- 0.45 ohm: DL (Direct Lung)
- 0.6 ohm: RDL (Restricted Direct Lung), 16 to 25 W
Compatible devices
The pod fits the Lost Vape Thelema Elite S and Thelema Nano. It also fits the Thelema Elite 40 and Centaurus E40. You can find the devices among the Lost Vape pod devices.
How to fit the pod
- Fill the pod through the side opening, up to 3 ml.
- Leave the pod for a few minutes to let the coil soak.
- Insert the pod into the device.
- Select a power setting within the resistance's range on the device and start at the lower end. Keep the first draws short and gentle to avoid scorching the coil (dry hit).

Frequently asked questions
What do DL and RDL mean?
With a DL (Direct Lung) draw, you inhale vapour directly into the lungs; the 0.3 and 0.45 ohm versions are designed for this. The RDL (Restricted Direct Lung) draw is slightly tighter, which is what the 0.6-ohm version is intended for.
Can I change the coil separately?
No. The dual-mesh coil is built into the pod; you replace the complete pod.
How much does the pod hold?
The tank holds 3 ml and is filled from the side.

Ein paar Minuten Geduld nach dem Befüllen, und der erste Zug war schon rund. Gelegentlich muss ich das Mundstück kurz trocken wischen.

My honest opinion after the second evening. For 3 ml the pod is surprisingly compact. With 0.45 Ohm my liquid comes across the way I like. Via Side Fill the pod is full again in no time.

Flat enough that it feels natural. To check the level quickly I have to tilt the pod.
