Currant is more sour than most other berries. Blackcurrant adds a dark, spicy note, while redcurrant brings a brighter, zesty acidity. Which of the two is meant is revealed by the manufacturer's variety name.
Between berry and mint
In the range, currant splits into two directions. In one, it sits beside blueberry or raspberry and forms a berry blend with distinct acidity. In the other, mint or ice is added, meaning a herbal note or a cooling effect. Lemon occasionally appears as a third component.
With a Big Puff these combinations are fixed: the device comes with the liquid inside and is not refilled. The selection includes varieties from brands such as Al Fakher, Dinner Lady, Elf Bar and The Crystal Pro; nicotine content and fill volume are listed for each device.
