The Moze Perfect Fit Sealing Set is a silicone grommet set with one bowl grommet and two base grommets. All three parts are the same colour. You choose between Black, Blue, White, Mint, Pink, Purple, Red and Yellow.
Three grommets, two base sizes
The bowl grommet seals the transition between the tobacco bowl and the smoke column. The two base grommets are meant for connecting the push-fit base and differ in width:
- Size 1 is the standard size for common glasses and push-fit hookahs.
- Size 2 is slightly wider and meant for looser glasses, so the smoke column sits securely in the base.
Harder silicone
For this set, Moze uses harder silicone meant to offer more grip and stability. Silicone withstands the heat at the tobacco bowl and does not absorb foreign odours. The grommets are dyed to match the chosen colour, so your hookah gets a coloured accent.
How to fit the set
- Remove the old bowl grommet and base grommet and wipe the contact surfaces clean.
- Fit the bowl grommet and check whether it suits your tobacco bowl.
- Only fit one of the two base grommets. Start with Size 1. If the smoke column wobbles in the base or hisses when you pull on the hose, switch to Size 2.
- When assembling, make sure the grommet stays in place. Fit without force, as too much pressure can damage the material.
Care and replacement
Rinse the grommets with clear water from time to time. Replace them as soon as they are no longer elastic, show cracks or smell of tobacco or water flavouring.
