The ShishaX VOLTA Pro Bundle is the starter option with a reserve: you get the ShishaX VOLTA Black electric hookah head with its full package contents, plus a second swappable battery. That means two batteries from the very first evening – one sits in the device, the other is on the charging cable.
What's in the set?

A charger is not part of the set. Any USB-C charger supplying 5 V/5 A, 9 V/3 A or 12 V/3 A will do.
Who is the Pro Bundle for?
For anyone who knows when buying that their evenings last longer than one battery charge. A charge lasts around 1 to 1.5 hours depending on temperature, while a session on the device can be extended to up to 150 minutes. With the second battery, you don't have to stay within reach of a socket. If there is one nearby, USB-C pass-through still works.
The ShishaX VOLTA in brief
An electric head instead of a clay head and charcoal: two separately adjustable heat zones, top and side, about 10 g of regular shisha tobacco per fill, about 8 minutes preheating. It's fitted with the 18 mm grommet, or the 16 mm grommet if it sits loosely. It can be operated entirely on the device; the ShishaX app is optional.
Warranty
ShishaX provides a 1-year manufacturer's warranty on the device and 6 months on the battery, each from the date of purchase and after registering at portal.shishax.eu. Your statutory warranty with us as the seller is unaffected.
Cheaper as a set
The device and extra battery cost less in the Pro Bundle than bought separately. If you'd also like more chambers for prepared fills, the ShishaX VOLTA Essentials Kit is the step up.

How many batteries come with the Pro Bundle?
Two: the swappable battery fitted in the ShishaX VOLTA, and an additional ShishaX VOLTA Battery.
How does it differ from the Essentials Kit?
The Essentials Kit also includes four ceramic chambers. In the Pro Bundle you have the two chambers from the device's package contents.
Can I charge both batteries at the same time?
Yes, one in the device and one externally. You'll need a second USB-C cable and a second suitable charger for that.
Will the ShishaX VOLTA fit my hookah?
On most hookahs, yes. It comes with silicone grommets in 18 mm and 16 mm for the head adapter.
Do I need the app for the Pro Bundle?
No. The ShishaX app is optional; all settings can also be made directly on the device.
ShishaX

ShishaX VOLTA: a bowl without coals
The ShishaX VOLTA is an electric bowl (e-head): it replaces the clay bowl and the coals in a single device. Your filling sits in a ceramic insert, a removable chamber that you pack like a bowl. You set two heating zones separately: top heat via the lid and side heat via the chamber wall. Everything can be operated with the buttons on the device; the app via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz) is optional.

Fitting the bowl to your shisha
Insert one of the supplied silicone gaskets into the base cap: 18 mm fits most shishas; if the device sits loosely, use the 16 mm gasket. Then place the ShishaX VOLTA on the bowl adapter of your stem just like a normal bowl. To pack it, put a screen in the bottom of the ceramic insert, spread around 10 g loosely without pressing down, lay the upper screen on top and wipe the rim clean. Insert the ceramic insert, screw on the top cap and start preheating. A double tap extends the session in 10-minute steps up to a maximum of 150 minutes.
Charging and spare battery
The battery sits at the bottom of the device and charges via USB-C: at up to 24 W when fitted and up to 36 W when removed. With a fast charger it is full in about an hour; basic chargers take longer. One charge lasts for about 1 to 1.5 hours. When plugged in, the device keeps running thanks to pass-through.

Does the ShishaX VOLTA fit my shisha?
It sits on the bowl adapter like a bowl. With the 16 and 18 mm gaskets it fits most stems.
How long does one battery charge last?
About 1 to 1.5 hours. With a second battery or on the USB-C cable, the session continues without a charging break.
Do I need the app?
No. All settings can be made with the buttons; the app is an extra.
