Compatibility and use of LEVIA Alpine SMARTCORE STICKS™

LEVIA SMARTCORE STICKS™ are only compatible with the latest generation of IQOS ILUMA devices. These include: IQOS ILUMA PRIME, IQOS ILUMA, IQOS ILUMA ONE, IQOS ILUMA i PRIME, IQOS ILUMA i, and IQOS ILUMA i ONE. Use with older devices such as IQOS 3 DUO or IQOS 2.4 is not possible and not recommended for safety reasons. To achieve an optimal experience with the Alpine variety, insert the stick up to the marking, turn on the device using the power button, and wait for it to vibrate. After around 20 seconds, the heating process is complete. If it vibrates again or the LED blinks, you have about 30 seconds or two puffs left. Then remove the stick and dispose of it properly.
