You set up a Moze Breeze in four steps: fill the glass base, attach the Base, screw the stem and plate together, connect bowl and hose. On the Breeze Two you adjust the blow-off by moving the blow-off element, on the Breeze Pro by turning the sleeve.
Both models consist of the same assemblies: glass base, Base with dip tube and diffuser, stem with sleeve, blow-off element, two charcoal plates and bowl adapter. The set-up therefore runs the same way.
The difference lies in the blow-off. On the Moze Breeze Two you place the blow-off element at a different point. On the Moze Breeze Pro everything stays screwed together and you only turn the sleeve.

| Feature | Breeze Two | Breeze Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Blow-off variants | four | three |
| Changing the blow-off | move the blow-off element | turn the sleeve |
| Push to Purge | no | yes, by button |
| Base | POM | Stainless steel |
| Height without bowl | approx. 40 cm | approx. 40 cm |
| Large charcoal plate | 16 cm | 16 cm |
Before setting up, lay out all parts from the box next to each other. The order applies to the Breeze Two and Breeze Pro.
Place the glass base on a level surface and pour in enough water that the dip tube is submerged by 1.5 to 2 cm after the Base is attached. Check this after step 2 and add or pour off water if needed. Measure the amount once, and from then on you always fill in the same amount.

Screw the dip tube and diffuser onto the Base and fit a glass base seal. Two sizes are included: use the one with which the Base sits firmly and tightly in the glass base.

Slide the sleeve over the stem core and screw the stem onto the Base. The blow-off element, charcoal plate and bowl adapter follow.

Place the bowl gasket on the bowl adapter and put your bowl on. The hose plugs into the hose port on the Base, with the mouthpiece at the other end.

When you blow out, you push excess smoke out of the glass base. Where it escapes, you determine on the Breeze Two via the position of the blow-off element. For each variant you screw the parts above the Base together in a different order.
| Variant | How to rebuild | Where the smoke escapes |
|---|---|---|
| Above the Base | Blow-off element directly above the Base | from the Base upwards to the charcoal plate |
| Under the plate | Blow-off element directly under the charcoal plate | from the plate downwards to the glass base |
| Above the plate | Blow-off element on the large plate, bowl adapter directly on it | above the plate towards the bowl |
| Between two plates | second charcoal plate between blow-off element and bowl adapter | from the gap between both plates |
The second charcoal plate comes with the device for the between-two-plates variant. For the other three variants it stays in the box.
On the Breeze Pro you change the blow-off without rebuilding, even during the session. You turn the sleeve and, depending on the variant, the charcoal plate.

| Variant | How to turn (seen from above) | Where the smoke escapes |
|---|---|---|
| Launch | Sleeve to the right | at the Base, rises along the stem to the plate |
| Rainfall | Sleeve to the left, plate to the right | under the charcoal plate, falls along the stem to the Base |
| Plate | Sleeve and plate together to the left | from the gap between the small and large plate |
In addition there is Push to Purge: if you press the button and blow into the hose, the air flows directly into the stem and cools the bowl.
The diffuser sits at the lower end of the dip tube. It is removable and can be screwed on from both sides. If the holes point down into the water, the Breeze draws more quietly.
If you prefer to hear the bubbling clearly, screw the diffuser on the other way round, with the holes towards the Base. That way it is out of function and still stays on the dip tube instead of disappearing into a drawer.
If the Breeze draws differently than usual, it is mostly down to water level, seals or valve balls. Check first without a bowl: attach the Base, close the bowl adapter with your hand and draw. If air still gets in, a connection is leaking.
| Problem | Possible cause | How to fix it |
|---|---|---|
| Draw too heavy | Dip tube too deep in the water, bowl packed too tightly | Pour off water in small steps until the tube is submerged by 2.5 cm at most; pack the tobacco loosely |
| Draw too light, air gets pulled in | Bowl gasket, glass base seal or hose port leaking; tube not submerged | Check the seals, use the right one of the two glass base seals, check the water level |
| Water in the hose | too much water, hookah standing crooked | Lower the water slightly, stand the hookah straight, empty the hose and let it dry |
| Smoke escapes when drawing | Blow-off set wrongly, valve balls dirty or displaced | on the Breeze Pro, turn sleeve and plate into one of the three positions; clean the balls and insert them correctly |
| Glass base leaking | Glass base seal brittle, deformed or too small | Replace the seal and attach the Base straight |
The glass base is held to the Base by a plug-in system. To replace it, pull the Base with the stem straight up and attach it to the new glass base.
The Breeze Bowl comes in clear and in frosted glass. Small trapped air bubbles occur during handcrafting and are not a defect.

A sleeve set consists of the sleeve for the stem and the sleeve for the mouthpiece. The stem sleeve sits on the stainless steel stem core. To change it, remove the bowl adapter and charcoal plate, pull the sleeve off the core and put the new one on.
There are separate sets for the Breeze Two and Breeze Pro. Pay attention to the model name when buying again. You can find them under Replacement sleeves and glass bases for the Breeze.

How to keep the glass base, stem and hose clean is shown in the article Cleaning your hookah properly. How you can regulate the heat with the HMD at the bowl is explained in a separate article.
The box contains the hookah, glass base, mouthpiece and seals. Bowl, hose, charcoal and tobacco are not included.
The Breeze Two and Breeze Pro have one hose port.
Yes. The Base is available separately in white and in stainless steel. You attach it to the glass base instead of the black POM Base.
The epoxy resin sleeves are cast individually. The marbling runs differently on every piece, which is why every sleeve is one of a kind.
Enough that the dip tube is submerged by 1.5 to 2 cm. Moze does not state a fixed number of millilitres, so you measure the amount once during the first set-up.
Change the water after every session and rinse the glass base and stainless steel tubes with lukewarm water. Pull the sleeve off beforehand and only wipe it with a damp cloth.
