Natural charcoal, HMD and chimney
The technical literature describes the HMD as a metal attachment with a lid into which natural charcoal is placed; the charcoal brings the attachment up to temperature, and the heat is regulated using the lid. The same source also names natural charcoal for the chimney bowl. If you use perforated foil instead, the charcoal rests directly on that cover.
- Shape: cubes of various sizes, sticks and other shapes; the product name states shape and size.
- Material is not brand: Several manufacturers use coconut shells. Use the brand filter to tell the brands apart.
The shop stocks coconut shell charcoal from brands including Black Cocos, Aladin, Cocobration, Adalya and Nameless.
