The Arcbear Pro 15000 base device is the battery unit for your Arcbear pod: with display, USB-C port and two power modes. No pod is included.
For the Arcbear pod you already have
You already own an Arcbear Pro 15000 pod or want a second battery unit? Then the base device fits: it brings the 1000 mAh battery, a display for the charge level and the USB-C port. The prefilled pod is not part of the delivery. If you do not have an Arcbear pod yet, you get device and pod together in the Arcbear Pro 15000 starter kit.
ECO or BOOST
The device offers ECO at 12 W and BOOST at 20 W. ECO uses less battery and liquid; BOOST produces more vapour and empties the pod faster.
New flavour, same device
The base device holds battery and display. To switch flavours you change the prefilled liquid pod together with the empty pod. You do not need another base device for that.
Why the empty pod belongs to it
The Dual Mesh coil is built into the empty pod. When you buy an Arcbear refill pod you therefore get liquid pod and empty pod together. You never need a separate replacement coil.
How the parts fit
- Know the parts: A refill pod consists of the filled liquid pod and the empty pod with coil. The battery unit is the separately sold base device.
- Join the pod parts: Press the empty pod into the liquid pod until you hear a click. The empty pod then sits against the liquid pod without a visible gap.
- Fit the unit: Push the joined unit onto the base device. It is seated when pod and device are flush and the unit does not move sideways.
Keeping the mouthpiece clean
Wipe visible residue off the mouthpiece with a dry cloth. You are done when the surface is clear again. When changing pods, replace liquid pod and empty pod together.
What is in the box
The box contains the base device in the colour you chose. Liquid pod and empty pod are not included.

Does the base device include a pod?
No. The base device contains battery and display, but neither liquid pod nor empty pod. You get both with a separate Arcbear pod or together with the device in the starter kit.
Which pods fit the base device?
The pods of the Arcbear Pro 15000 range. Pods of other systems are not intended for this base device.
Do I have to order the coil separately?
No. The Dual Mesh coil is built into the empty pod, which comes with every Arcbear refill pod.
Where do I see the battery level?
On the display of the base device. Charging is via USB-C.

How the Arcbear Pro 15000 is built
The base device
The battery unit has 1000 mAh, a display for the charge level and a USB-C port. You choose between ECO at 12 W, which saves battery and liquid, and BOOST at 20 W for more vapour and faster consumption. A pod is not part of the base device.
The pod: two parts in one pack
Every pod consists of a prefilled 10 ml liquid pod and an empty pod with the dual mesh coil fixed inside. Each new pod therefore brings a fresh coil; there is no separate replacement coil for this system, and you do not need one.

Arcbear builds on a device that stays: the battery unit is recharged and kept, only the pod unit with its coil is replaced. Which pods fit the Arcbear Pro 15000 base device?
Only pods from the Arcbear Pro 15000 series. Pod units of other brands or systems are not made for this device.
Does the base device come with a pod?
No, the pack contains the battery unit only. If you want device and pod together, choose the starter kit.
Do I need extra coils?
No. Every pod includes an empty pod with a built-in dual mesh coil, so the coil changes with the pod.
How do I switch to another flavour?
Take the used unit off the device, press the new empty pod into the new liquid pod until it clicks, and place the unit flush on the base device.
Can I choose the device colour in the starter kit?
The starter kit is chosen by flavour. The device colours are available with the base device sold on its own.
