What the Strawberry Ice starter kit contains

Arcbear Pro 15000 base device: 1000 mAh battery, display, USB-C, ECO 12 W and BOOST 20 W
Strawberry Ice liquid pod, prefilled, 10 ml, nicotine content 20 mg
Empty pod with Dual Mesh coil

You do not choose a device colour with the Strawberry Ice starter kit; the device colours are available with the separately sold base device.

The flavour in the kit

Strawberry Ice puts strawberry in front. The word “Ice” in the name stands for a cooling note on the exhale. Overall it is fruity and sweet.

When the first pod is empty

The base device from the kit stays. For Strawberry Ice or another flavour you only buy the matching Arcbear Pro 15000 pod; it comes with liquid pod and empty pod.

Frequently asked questions

Is a pod already included in the Strawberry Ice starter kit?

Yes, a prefilled Strawberry Ice pod with empty pod is included.

How do I charge the device from the Strawberry Ice kit?

Through the USB-C port of the base device; the display shows the charge level.

Arcbear

At Hookain, Arcbear stands for one rechargeable pod system: the Arcbear Pro 15000. It comes as base device, prefilled pod and starter kit – the device stays, and for a new flavour you only swap the pod.

About Arcbear

Arcbear builds on a device that stays: the battery unit is recharged and kept, only the pod unit with its coil is replaced. The Pro 15000 series is the Arcbear system in our range; base devices, pods and starter kits of this series fit each other. The responsible person in the EU is Arcfox GmbH in Neuss.

Which pods fit the Arcbear Pro 15000 base device?

Only pods from the Arcbear Pro 15000 series. Pod units of other brands or systems are not made for this device.

Does the base device come with a pod?

No, the pack contains the battery unit only. If you want device and pod together, choose the starter kit.

Do I need extra coils?

No. Every pod includes an empty pod with a built-in dual mesh coil, so the coil changes with the pod.

How do I switch to another flavour?

Take the used unit off the device, press the new empty pod into the new liquid pod until it clicks, and place the unit flush on the base device.

Can I choose the device colour in the starter kit?

The starter kit is chosen by flavour. The device colours are available with the base device sold on its own.
