Geekvape Wenax M2 Kit Black

The Geekvape Wenax M2 is a slim pod mod kit with a built-in 1,200 mAh battery and draw activation. The supplied M1 cartridge holds 2 ml and has a built-in 0.8 ohm coil for MTL. The battery device delivers up to 16 watts and is 16 mm thick and 124.8 mm long. This version has a housing in black.

Battery device and operation

The Wenax M2 has no buttons. You draw on the mouthpiece and the draw activation switches the device on. An LED shows the battery level. It is charged via the USB-C connection with 5 V and 2 A. There is no power control.

Cartridge and coil

The M1 cartridge is filled from the side (side-filling) and holds 2 ml. The integrated 0.8 ohm coil works in the range of 14 to 16 watts. Alternatively there are cartridges with 1.2 ohm for 10 to 13 watts. All cartridges of the Wenax M series fit the battery device. The coil sits fixed in the cartridge, so when it wears out you replace the whole cartridge. You can find replacement cartridges of the Wenax M series among the pods with built-in coils.

Draw characteristics: MTL

The 0.8 ohm coil is designed for MTL. You first draw the vapor into your mouth and then inhale it in a second step. The draw is rather tight.

How to get started with the Wenax M2

Take the cartridge out of the packaging and place it on the battery device.
Fill e-liquid into the cartridge from the side, up to 2 ml at most.
Let the cartridge stand for a few minutes so the coil soaks up. Drawn dry it burns (dry hit).
Charge the battery via USB-C when needed. You need a separate cable for this.
Start with short, calm draws until the coil is soaked.

Which coil fits my Geekvape pod?

That depends on the pod series. Coils are sold per series; each item lists the resistance and the matching device.

What do MTL and DL mean?

MTL draws the vapour into the mouth first, DL straight into the lungs. Pod kits such as the Wenax are built for MTL, Aegis devices lean towards DL.

How are the devices charged?

Via USB-C. Charging time depends on the battery capacity.

Are the pods prefilled?

No. Geekvape pods are made to be filled with liquid yourself, from the side or the top.
