The Uwell Caliburn GPP Alpha pod with 0.6 ohm sits between the mouth-to-lung draw and the open lung draw: it is made for the restricted lung draw (RDL). One pack contains 3 pods with a built-in mesh coil, filled through the opening on the side.
Who the 0.6 ohm pod is for
RDL means: you draw directly into the lungs, but with noticeable resistance. The 0.6 ohm pod is therefore the all-rounder of the series. It copes with classic e-liquids with 3 to 12 mg/ml and nicotine salt in low strength. The flavour stays clear, and the vapor amount lies between the variants with 0.4 and 0.9 ohm.
Wattage range and compatibility
The coil is intended for about 18 to 25 watts. The pod fits the Caliburn G3, G4 and G5 series, including older G3 devices. You can find battery devices for the pod among the Uwell pod devices. If you turn the pod by 180 degrees, it uses the other of the two air inlets on the base and draws tighter or more openly.

Frequently asked questions
Is the 0.6 ohm pod more for MTL or DL?
For RDL, that is, a loose lung draw with some resistance.
Does the pod run in the Caliburn G3?
Yes. From 0.6 ohm the Alpha pods also fit the G3 series.
Uwell
Uwell has been building e-cigarettes and atomisers since 2015. The brand is known for its Caliburn pod kits; alongside them come the Typhos devices, the Valyrian tank and pods, coils and empty tanks as refills.
Caliburn, Whirl, Typhos or Valyrian
| Series | Device | Draw |
|---|---|---|
| Caliburn G3, G4, G4 Mini, G4 Pro, G5 | compact pod kit with refillable pod | MTL, partly RDL |
| Whirl F | pod kit | MTL |
| Typhos, Typhos SE | pod mod with a larger battery and more power | RDL to DL |
| Valyrian IV | clearomiser with 510 thread for mods | DL |
RDL (restrictive direct lung) sits between the two basic styles: you draw straight into the lungs, but against noticeable resistance. The lower the coil resistance, the more power the device needs and the more open the draw.
Caliburn in pocket size
The Caliburn kits charge via USB-C and use refillable pods, filled via side fill or top fill. Replacement pods are available to match each generation.
- 450 to 2000 mAh
battery capacity of the devices - 5 to 100 W
power range from pod kit to pod mod - 0.18 to 1.2 ohm
resistances of coils and pods - 2.5 to 8.5 ml
capacity of pods and tanks - 510

charging current via USB-C
Which pods fit my Caliburn?
The pods are specific to each generation. Each pod names the matching device family, for example Caliburn G3 or Caliburn G4.
What is the Valyrian IV?
A clearomiser, meaning a tank with a replaceable coil head, for mods with a 510 thread. The coil heads come in packs of two.
How do Typhos and Caliburn differ?
The Typhos devices have larger batteries and more power and are made for RDL and DL. The Caliburn kits are smaller and designed mainly for MTL.
Is a charging cable included?
Yes, the kits come with a USB-C cable and charge at 5 V and 2 A.
