The flavor Astro Tea combines the taste of green tea with a fresh lemon note, creating a clear, fruity-bitter aroma. With a pack content of 100 g, you receive a compact amount for multiple hookah sessions. Processed with Burley tobacco, the tobacco provides intense strength, distinct from the lighter base variants of the manufacturer.

What makes Darkside Core Astro Tea tobacco special?

Darkside is one of the leading producers in Russia, globally recognized for its high-quality hookah tobacco. The Core line offers a significant nicotine content, appealing to experienced smokers. In the flavor Astro Tea, the aromatic base of green tea combines with the freshness of lemon. This combination is neither artificial nor overwhelming, but conveys a balanced aroma with a light freshness and a subtle citrus note. In contrast to fruity-sweet variants like blackberry or black currant, Astro Tea focuses on a bitter and fruity-citrus blend.

What are the differences between Darkside Base and Darkside Core?

Darkside offers two nicotine strengths: The Base line is the lighter option, while the Core line – to which Astro Tea belongs – represents a stronger Burley blend. This sets this tobacco apart from milder varieties, clearly targeting connoisseurs who prefer more intense notes. This makes the tobacco particularly attractive to Dark Blend smokers who appreciate not only sweet but also bitter and citrusy flavors. In addition to Astro Tea, other varieties such as Blacktorrent (Black Currant), Crystal GRP (light grape mint), Red Alert (watermelon & honeydew melon), or VIRGN PCH 2.0 (sweet peach) are available. This allows you to choose from a spectrum of different flavors, depending on your preferred intensity and aroma.

Darkside hookah tobacco

Darkside tobacco is based on dark leaf (Dark Leaf, Burley) and comes in the Core, Shake, Xperience and Starline lines. Flavours range from berries such as raspberry and blueberry to strawberry and guava, grapefruit and pineapple, often with a cold note.

Dark tobacco needs more heat than pale Virginia tobacco. A bowl therefore holds more weight of it; the capacity per bowl is listed on the bowls as the Dark Leaf value.
