Vaporesso GTI Mesh Coils are replacement coils for iTank range tanks and the GEN 80S. They come with 0.15, 0.2 and 0.4 ohm, all for direct lung (DL) draws. A pack contains 5 coils.
Resistances and power
- 0.15 ohm: 75 to 90 watts, ideally around 85 watts
- 0.2 ohm: 60 to 75 watts, ideally around 65 watts
- 0.4 ohm: 50 to 60 watts, ideally around 55 watts
The lower the resistance, the more power and continuous load the coil demands from the mod. For resistances below 1.0 ohm, you need a mod that can supply this continuous load.
Compatible devices
The coils fit the Vaporesso iTank, iTank 2 and iTank T tanks, as well as the Vaporesso GEN 80S set.
How to replace the coil
- Switch off the device and empty the tank.
- Remove the old coil and insert the new coil until it fits securely.
- Saturate the cotton with liquid, fill the tank and leave the coil to soak for about 5 minutes.
- Start at the lower end of the wattage range and adjust the power gradually.

Which resistance do I need?
That depends on the power your mod can reliably deliver. 0.4 ohm runs at 50 to 60 watts, while 0.15 ohm starts at 75 watts.
When should I replace the coil?
Coils are consumable parts. If the draw weakens or the vapour tastes burnt, it is time for a new coil.
