On the Hyper Pro you see mode, heating progress and battery level at a glance. The X2 closes its stick slot with an iris shutter that you open with a twist, keeping pocket dust out. On both, one charge covers up to 20 sticks.
neo, Lucky Strike for glo and veo
- neo: tobacco sticks, from plain tobacco blends to variants with a note of their own
- Lucky Strike for glo: tobacco sticks under the Lucky Strike name, built for the Hyper devices
- veo: no tobacco, a rooibos filling with nicotine and a click capsule in the filter
All three lines are matched to the glo Hyper family and work in the Pro just as in the X2. Neither device takes sticks made for IQOS or Ploom.

Do all glo sticks fit both devices?
Yes. neo, Lucky Strike for glo and veo work in the Hyper Pro and the Hyper X2.
What does boost mode change?
The device heats hotter and faster, and the session is shorter in return.
Are sticks included?
No. The box contains the device, a USB-C cable, a cleaning brush and instructions.
How do I clean the heating channel?
Switch the device off, let it cool and brush out loose residue, on the Hyper Pro roughly once per pack.
