What the 70/30 base is meant for
Here 70/30 stands for 70 % vegetable glycerine (VG) and 30 % propylene glycol (PG). The high glycerine share makes the liquid thicker and the vapour denser. That is why the base mainly belongs in atomisers for direct-lung vaping and in sub-ohm setups.
Small pods with narrow liquid inlets soak up such a thick base more slowly. For those devices, reach for a mix with more PG.

In small MTL pods, not really. The 70/30 is made for high-vapour devices; for pods a base with more PG fits.
