The Aladin charcoal basket Small is a slim wire basket with a stainless steel bowl in which you carry glowing charcoal from the burner to the hookah. It is around 36 cm tall and the bowl is about 12.5 cm in diameter.
Construction
The bowl is approx. 6 cm tall and stands in a chrome-plated wire frame with feet. The handle has a wire spiral, and below it sits a narrow plate that shields your fingers from the rising heat. On the side at the level of the plate there is a hook for the charcoal tongs.
Handling
The bowl takes one head load of cubes and a little extra charcoal to add. Thanks to the tall bracket your hand stays well above the embers. Hang the tongs on the hook so they are within reach when you add more. After use, let the basket cool on a heat-resistant surface and only empty the ash once the bowl is cold.

Frequently asked questions
Is the small basket enough for one session?
For one head with charcoal to add, yes. For several heads at once the large basket with the 18 cm bowl is more practical.
Are charcoal tongs included?
No, the tongs are available separately.
What is the spiral on the handle for?
It makes carrying more comfortable because you do not grip the thin wire directly.
