The alite Bash Mini Squad is a complete hookah from the brand alite made of stainless steel and glass. It is about 37 cm tall, has four hose ports and a glass base with an outer diameter of 17 cm. Black/Gold and Silver are available. On Black/Gold the smoke column is finished in black and gold. You can find the other models of the series at alite Bash Mini.
Construction and smoke column
The Bash Mini Squad has four hose ports and is built for groups: several smokers draw at the same time. You attach the hoses via a plug-in system. The smoke column has an inner diameter of 13 mm, the downstem 11 mm. A molasses catcher is integrated. Bowl, molasses catcher and charcoal plate sit on a ground joint and can be removed together.
Draw, diffuser and blow-off
The downstem is fitted with a diffuser that dampens the bubbling. With the blow-off system in the base you blow the smoke out of the base before you change the bowl or end the session.
Base and closure
The glass base has an outer diameter of 17 cm and is 18.5 cm tall. It is connected to the smoke column via a screw thread. Small air bubbles can occur in the handmade glass; this is due to production.
Material and finish
The smoke column of the Bash Mini Squad is made of V2A stainless steel, the base of glass with a stainless steel screw thread. Parts of the alite series can be swapped with each other; smoke column, base and glass base are also available individually as replacements.
Bowl and heat management device
The hookah accepts HMDs of standard size. A clay bowl made of stoneware clay and an HMD in silver are included in the set.
How to set up the Bash Mini Squad
- Fill the glass base with water until the downstem is about 2 cm under water.
- Screw the smoke column onto the base until it sits firmly and tightly.
- Attach the hoses to the ports.
- Pack the bowl, place it on the smoke column, put on the HMD and place the charcoal.
- Let it start calmly.
Care and cleaning
After the session, rinse the smoke column and downstem with warm water and brush them out if needed. Bowl, molasses catcher and charcoal plate are removed together from the ground joint. Rinse the glass base with warm, not hot, water.
