E-liquids with a bitter taste
Bitter is a rare flavour label for e-liquids. It marks recipes in which a bitter note deliberately plays a part, and it hardly ever appears alone.

A bitter note can come from very different flavourings, for example citrus peel, dark roasted notes or herbs. Which flavouring it is in each case is shown by the flavour filter and the product description.
Bitter in combination
For the e-liquids on this page, bitter usually appears next to tart and spicy; together the three describe a dry, barely sweet profile. If sweet is listed as well, sweetness balances the bitter note. Nutty adds a roasted direction.
Bitter and tart are close to each other but are separate values in the filter. If you are looking for a barely sweet e-liquid, it is worth checking both.
The product description gives the format – ready-mixed, with nicotine salt or as a shortfill – as well as the PG/VG ratio and draw style. E-liquids with this label are available from Pod Salt, SC and Flerbar, among others.
