Hookain · Black Coal Basket Deal Moze Flare
€61.90*
The Coal Master bundle brings together three parts all about charcoal: the Moze Flare charcoal basket, the El Bomber charcoal tongs Mid Night and 1 kg of 27 Original natural charcoal. That gives you everything that happens between the charcoal burner and the bowl, from lighting to topping up.
Moze Flare charcoal basket
The basket has a heavy tray made of coated cast iron in black and anthracite with an angular faceted look and a handle made of powder-coated aluminium. At around 1.6 kg it stands securely, and the tray holds up to about 28 cubes in size 26 mm. The handle is about 37.5 cm high, and you hang the tongs on a hook at the side. The tray gets hot, so only place the basket on heat-resistant surfaces. You can find more models under charcoal baskets.
El Bomber charcoal tongs Mid Night
The tongs have long, tapering legs made of stainless steel in silver, and the open-work handle frame carries parts made of POM in black and red. With the fine tips you pick up individual cubes precisely, take them from the burner and place them exactly on the HMD.
27 Original natural charcoal
The 27 Original is natural charcoal made from coconut shells from Indonesia in cubes with an edge length of 27 mm, slightly larger than the common size 26. It glows for up to 90 minutes and needs a little longer on the electric charcoal burner than smaller cubes until it is glowing all the way through. With compact HMDs, check whether the lid still closes at 27 mm. You can find other sizes and brands under charcoal by brand.

Frequently asked questions
Is a charcoal burner included?
No. To light it you need a charcoal burner; natural charcoal does not light with a lighter or a match.
Do the 27 cubes fit in the Flare?
Yes. The basket is sized for size 26 cubes; at 27 mm slightly fewer cubes fit in.
Can the basket be left outside?
Better not. The tray is made of iron and can rust at damaged spots if it gets wet.
