Contact customer service

Can I light the cubes with a lighter?

This natural charcoal is not quick-light charcoal. Use a suitable charcoal burner according to its instructions. The linked guide explains preparation and handling.

Do all cube sizes fit the same heat-management device?

The device’s name alone does not tell you this. Compare the selected cube edge length with the available charcoal space and the attachment manufacturer’s specifications.

How should I store an opened pack?

Keep unused cubes dry and sealed. Protect the charcoal from moisture coming through its storage surface or an open pack.

dreckige finger
