Uwell - Caliburn G5 Lite SE - Kit Orange Leather

The Uwell Caliburn G5 Lite SE is a refillable pod system with a built-in 1600 mAh battery, draw activation and up to 35 W. The set includes a pod with a 0.6 ohm mesh coil, holding 3 ml and filled from the side. In the Orange Leather version, the body is orange with a faux leather finish.

Battery and power

The battery is built in and charges via USB-C. The maximum power is 35 W. The device regulates the power automatically; there is no manual adjustment. It also has protection against short circuit, overcharge, deep discharge and overheating.

Pod and coils

The GPP pod has a fixed 0.6 ohm mesh coil and cannot be rewound. When the coil wears out, you replace the whole pod. It attaches magnetically and is filled from the side through a silicone plug, without removing it. According to retailers, pods from the Caliburn G3, G4 and G5 series also fit.

You will find replacement pods from the GPP series in the pods with vaporiser.

Operation

The device has no button and no display; a draw on the mouthpiece activates it. A four-step LED indicator shows the battery status: green for 75 to 100 per cent, blue for 50 to 74, yellow for 25 to 49 and red below that. The airflow is adjusted with the slider and can also be changed by turning the pod. The draw resistance ranges from MTL to RDL.

Getting started with the Caliburn G5 Lite SE

1. Charge the device via USB-C before using it for the first time. No cable is included.
2. Fill the pod from the side and close the silicone plug again.
3. Let the pod rest for a few minutes so the coil soaks through. Otherwise there is a risk of burnt hits (dry hit).
4. Fit the pod until it clicks into place magnetically.
5. Adjust the airflow with the slider and start with short puffs. The device regulates the power itself.
