Lemon cake in hookah tobacco: citrus meets baking
Lemon cake combines a citrus note and baking in one value. Quite a few manufacturers carry it, usually with exactly one variety each.
Lemon cake is a dessert flavour: the tart, zesty note of lemon on a buttery, vanilla-scented sponge base, sometimes with a hint of icing. The acidity stays well behind that of a straight lemon variety.
A value of its own, two neighbours
Some varieties also carry the values lemon or cake. Through them you find neighbouring varieties: via lemon the fruity side, via cake the baked side. No other flavours appear alongside, so the value usually describes the variety on its own.
Among the materials for bowls you will also come across fireclay: a refractory ceramic material which, as ground fired clay, is also mixed into other bodies. Lemon cake varieties come from Dschinni Shisha, Bad & Mad, Kismet, Fumari, XRACHER and Nargilem, among others.
