Some flavors leave a mark. They deliver more than just taste – they become a feeling, a memory, an irresistible craving for the next puff. ANGRY DRAGON is exactly that:
A flavor clone of those legendary blue candies that have long achieved cult status in Germany and are a staple in every candy aisle – but here interpreted as sour as possible, without crossing the line of smokability.
Why this shisha tobacco deserves cult status
Back in the 70s, food alchemists created something entirely new: a flavor that didn’t exist in nature. No fruit, no berry juice – just a perfectly balanced explosion of sugary heaven and acidic storm.
A taste that has shaped countless childhood memories ever since. To achieve it, the sweetness of regular raspberries was intensified in the lab and combined with a tangy kick. That’s US-BLUE-RASPBERRY-TASTE.
ANGRY DRAGON: Shisha tobacco that will excite you
- Fruity, sour, and fresh: The flavor is pushed to the limit – just like the candy it was inspired by.
- Sweet? Absolutely: Even though the aroma originated in a lab, it delivers a naturally fruity sweetness.
- Freshness? A hint of menthol: The fruity-sour chill of ANGRY DRAGON is rounded off with a subtle touch of menthol.
Why ANGRY DRAGON by Hookain is the right choice for you
- The final flavor in the ANGRY DRAGON line – and maybe another dragon will hatch soon. (SOUR KAKTUS)
- Cult candy flavor, now smokable as shisha tobacco for the first time.
- Smoke your way back to the days when candy still felt like an adventure.

Hookain Tobacco
Hookain Tobacco is the shisha tobacco of Hookain GmbH from Cologne and the own brand of Hookain Onlineshop. You will find it here in the 25 g tin with Green Lean, Cttn Cndy and Purple Lean, and as X-Mas Luv in 50 g.
Base tobacco and tin
The base is Virginia Leaf, a light tobacco also known as Blond Leaf. It brings hardly any flavour of its own and absorbs a lot of molasses, the mixture of glycerine, sugar and flavouring in which the tobacco sits. The brand is designed in Germany and produced in the EU. The tobacco goes straight into the tin without a zip bag, and the tin closes with an aroma-tight lid.
- 25 g and 50 g

- Purple Lean: grape with Moroccan mint
- Cttn Cndy: cotton candy with blueberry, mango and watermelon
- X-Mas Luv: the flavour in the 50 g tin
How to pack the bowl
The cut is fine and works well in a Phunnel, a bowl with a raised centre hole through which no molasses runs into the stem. Fill the tobacco loosely without pressing it down, and start with little heat so that the citrus notes of Green Lean are preserved.
