Elfbar - Elfx Mega - Empty Pod - 10ml - 0.8 Ohm

The Elfbar ELFX Mega empty pod with 0.8 ohm is the pod for the tight mouth-to-lung draw (MTL) on the ELFX Mega kit. It holds 10 ml of e-liquid, is supplied empty and is filled through a filling port with a silicone plug on the side. The dual mesh coil sits fixed in the pod.

Why 0.8 ohm?

With 0.8 ohm the pod draws tighter than the 0.6 ohm variant and works with somewhat less power. That suits nicotine salt e-liquids and classic MTL e-liquids with a higher PG share: the vapor stays moderate, the flavour comes through clearly, and the draw is tight and even. If you want a looser draw up to RDL, better take the 0.6 ohm pod. You can find more pods and tanks for self-filling under empty tanks and pods.

On the ELFX Mega Kit

The ELFX Mega Kit has two modes. In Eco mode the two mesh elements of the coil heat alternately, in Turbo mode at the same time and therefore warmer. You usually run the 0.8 ohm pod in Eco mode, Turbo brings more warmth and vapor at this resistance. The device itself and all colours can be found under Elf Bar ELFX Mega.

Fill and insert

1. Pull open the silicone plug on the side filling port.
2. Let e-liquid run in slowly, up to the MAX mark at most, then close the plug firmly.
3. Let the freshly filled pod stand for 5 to 15 minutes so the cotton soaks up fully. This way you avoid a dry puff.
4. Insert the pod and start with a few short puffs.

Frequently asked questions

Can I replace the coil in the 0.8 ohm pod?

No. The coil is built in. If the e-liquid tastes burnt or the flavour fades, you replace the whole pod.

Which e-liquid suits the 0.8 ohm pod?

Nicotine salt e-liquids and MTL e-liquids with 50/50 PG/VG run best. The cotton wicks very thick e-liquids with a lot of VG more slowly.

Does the pod fit other ELFX devices?

No, it is built only for the ELFX Mega kit.
