Dash - Tradi - Bowl - Gyal

The D.A.SH Tradi Gyal is a plug-in glass base with a slim neck, bulbous lower part and golden appliqués. It is about 26 to 27 cm tall and intended for medium to large hookahs. It is made in Spain.

Decanter shape with golden appliqués

The narrow neck flows into a wide, bulbous lower part; the shape is inspired by a wine decanter. Symmetrical cuts create a play of light. Golden appliqués sit on the belly and at the neck opening. This distinguishes the Tradi Gyal from the plainer Tradi Classic.

Regular glass, mouth-blown or pressed

The glass is transparent. The Glass base is made of glass and is lighter than a crystal base. Depending on the batch it is mouth-blown or pressed. On pressed bases fine seams may be visible; small air inclusions are possible and not a defect. The neck opening measures 4.5 cm inside and 7 cm outside.

Plug-in base with silicone seal

The Tradi Gyal has no screw thread. The stem is pushed into the neck with a silicone seal, so it only fits hookahs with a plug-in system. Measure your downstem including diffuser; it must not touch the glass bottom inside the base.

How to use the Tradi Gyal

1. Insert the downstem with diffuser as a test and check that it does not touch the bottom.
2. Fill in water until the downstem is submerged about 2 to 3 cm.
3. Push the stem with the seal firmly into the neck of the base.
4. Stand the hookah upright, connect the hose and start smoking.

Care

Rinse the base by hand with lukewarm water after the session, with mild washing-up liquid if needed. Not in the dishwasher. Avoid boiling water and rapid temperature changes; glass does not tolerate thermal shock.
