Ice and menthol, cool and fresh. It can also be used as a small accent in blends.
Base tobacco and cut
Darkside Core is based on Burley as a Dark Blend. A small share of Virginia is added. The tobacco is moist and mixed with molasses. Stir it thoroughly before building so that the molasses is evenly distributed again, and do not squeeze it. You'll find all flavours in the range at Darkside shisha tobacco.
Bowl and heat
In the scene, Darkside is usually built in a Phunnel with HMD; a multi-hole bowl works too. In the Phunnel the tobacco may be pressed down lightly; in a multi-hole bowl you fill it loosely and fluffily. The tobacco tolerates a lot of heat, but tastes cleaner if you increase it step by step. Start with little charcoal and only add more once the stem gets thinner.
