Bottom Fill: e-cigarettes you fill from underneath

Bottom Fill describes where the filling port is located: the liquid goes into the tank or pod from below. How you reach this port differs from model to model and is explained in the product details. The term therefore tells you something about handling when refilling, not about the electronics of the device.
