Devices from many brands are listed under 0.3 Ohm, each with a few models, among them Lost Vape, Eleaf, Aspire and Geekvape. The same items often carry 0.6 or 0.8 Ohm, less often 0.15 or 0.45 Ohm.
A worked example
Power is the voltage squared divided by the resistance. If 3 V is applied to a head of 0.3 Ohm, the result is 30 W, with a current of 10 A. A head of 0.6 Ohm, twice the resistance, would reach 15 W and 5 A at 3 V. For the same 30 W, it would need around 4.2 V.
Figures like these only show the physical relationship. The power intended for a head is specified by its manufacturer, usually on the head or the packaging. With the power filter you can check whether a device covers this range; the notation 0.3 Ohm refers to the same value.
