The crystal glass base is about 26 cm tall and 13 cm wide. The cut pattern refracts the light while the glass stays clear. Every base is hand-made; small air bubbles are part of that and not a defect.

The purge valve sits in the base. A push connection with a rubber ring joins glass and base, seals them and steadies the tall build.

How to get started

Fill the base
Fill the crystal glass base until the stainless steel downstem dips about 2 cm.

Fit the top
Push on the base with stem and downstem and check the rubber ring sits firmly.

Choose a hose
Get a hose with a matching connector separately and plug it in.

Add a bowl
Prepare a bowl with an 18/8 joint and place it on the stem.

Are hose and bowl included?
No. Choose both separately; make sure the hose has a matching connector.
How do Green and Red differ?
Only in the colour of the middle piece in the stem. Build and contents are the same.
How do I clean the cut base?
With warm, not hot, water. Dry the brass parts after rinsing.

Geht so
Als ich sie mit meiner Freundin zum ersten Mal aufgebaut habe, gab es direkt Komplimente. An manche Stellen kommt man beim Reinigen nur mit viel Geduld. Gemessen am Preis bin ich eher enttäuscht.

Ordentlich Rauch
Ich teile meine Erfahrung, weil mir andere Bewertungen auch geholfen haben. Als ich sie mit meiner Frau eingeweiht habe, war das Zimmer ruckzuck eingenebelt. Vom Zugwiderstand her genau mein Ding, weder zu locker noch zu stramm. Der Bestellvorgang im Shop war angenehm unkompliziert. Auch beim zweiten Kopf am Abend läuft alles noch rund. So darf es gern weitergehen. Kurzer Nachtrag nach den ersten Tagen: beim Nachlegen der Kohlen muss ich sie nicht festhalten.
