Instead of combining several berry flavourings individually, with berry mix you reach for a ready-balanced blend. Blueberry and blackberry are the berries most often listed with the flavourings on this page.
Adding to the berry mix
The more unusual partners are interesting: white tea brings a pale, somewhat tart tea note, rose a floral one. Both are already part of the recipe in some flavourings. Ice provides a cooling effect.
When adding to it yourself: every additional flavouring changes the share of the other components. So follow the manufacturer's dosage information and add in small steps.
Whether you have a concentrate for your own base or a longfill to top up in front of you is stated in the product description. Berry mix flavourings are stocked from Dr. Frost, 5EL, SC and Dinner Lady, among others.
