In DIY mixing, ice has a special role: it is not a taste in the strict sense but a cooling effect that you add to a fruit. In the flavourings on this page it is mostly already part of a ready-made combination, for example with lemon, mango, mint, banana or raspberry.
Ready-combined or separate
Ready-combined: If ice is already part of the recipe, the manufacturer has set the ratio of fruit to cooling effect. You add the flavouring to the base as stated on the label.
Separate: If you add the cooling effect yourself, you decide its share. Start with a little, because a cooling effect can mask a fruit.
Whether a product is a concentrate or a longfill is stated in the product description. Ice flavourings are stocked from Dr. Frost, Bad Candy, Dinner Lady, Antimatter and SC, among others.
