Wookah spare parts: from a wobbly bowl to a lost ball
A Wookah lasts a long time, but its small parts don't last forever. Seals go soft, a valve ball rolls under the sofa, a charcoal tray picks up scratches. Here you can find, sorted by fault, which part you need, and how to tell whether it is meant for the large Wookah or the Mini.

First: which Wookah do you have?
Before you order, answer two questions: large Wookah or Mini, and current generation with the Quick Lock System or earlier series with a thread. Mini parts do not fit the large Wookah and vice versa. How to tell the generation is shown on the Wookah brand page.

The easiest way to replace the silicone parts is as a set. Individual parts make sense when exactly one part is missing.
Bowl grommet

The Mini needs its own connector
The hose connector of the Mini is built slimmer than the large one. Both take the Wookah leather hose, which is supplied without a connector. If you swap the large Wookah for a Mini, you therefore add the Mini hose connector and keep the hose.
Thin or thick O-ring
The grommet set contains an extra O-ring in two thicknesses. The thin white ring lets the body slide on more easily, the thick black one gives a firmer hold. If the body wobbles, use the thick one. If it sticks, use the thin one.
Valve or connector is stuck
Thanks to the Ground Joint Connection, the valve and hose connector sit in the adapter without a seal. If a part is stuck, wiggle it gently sideways while pulling at the same time. You need neither force nor tools. To keep anything from sticking, rinse the parts after smoking, as described in the Wookah care guide.

Frequently asked questions
Do spare parts for the Wookah Mini fit the large Wookah?
No. The dip tube, valve, ball, seals and hose connector of the Mini are smaller. The Mini valve ball measures about 9.5 mm, the one for the large Wookah about 12 mm.
Do the valve and hose connector need a seal?
Not on the current generation. The Ground Joint Connection holds both parts in the adapter without a seal. Silicone sits only between the body and the vase, under the bowl adapter and as the bowl grommet.
When should I replace the seals?
When the bowl no longer holds, the body wobbles on the vase or the silicone is torn. Until then, rinse the seals after every session and pat them dry.
Does the hose connector come with the leather hose?
No. The connector comes with the body, while the leather hose comes without one. You can get it separately from the Wookah spare parts.
Do the bowl adapter and charcoal tray fit my older Wookah with a thread?
Yes. The bowl adapter, charcoal tray, mouthpiece and dip tube fit both generations. The valve, ball and hose connector of the current series do not fit the earlier series.
