The IQOS ILUMA ONE devices are specifically designed for use with TEREA and LEVIA tobacco sticks, as only these contain an integrated heating plate. How does the IQOS ILUMA ONE tobacco heater work?

The ILUMA ONE tobacco heater serves as both Holder and Charger!

Before first use, the device must be fully charged. To turn on the ILUMA ONE, the Power button on the device must be pressed for 4 seconds.

By pressing the Power button briefly, you can check the battery level (if four LEDs are lit, the device is at least 75% charged).

To enjoy a TEREA Stick, open the cap of the ILUMA ONE and insert the tobacco stick into the charged Holder up to the marked line. The Holder vibrates once the correct depth is reached.

To start, press the Power button again for at least one second. The device heats up as soon as it briefly vibrates and the LEDs blink. You can begin enjoying the tobacco when it vibrates a second time and the LEDs are continuously lit.

The LEDs begin to blink again and the device vibrates once more when there are 30 seconds or two puffs remaining.

Finally, the now used TEREA Stick should be properly disposed of and the cap of the ILUMA ONE tobacco heater reattached.

What is special about the IQOS ILUMA ONE devices?

The IQOS ILUMA ONE tobacco heaters are the first generation of IQOS devices to use induction technology, so that not the tobacco itself (as with HEETS, for example) is heated, but a heating plate built into TEREA and LEVIA Sticks. Additionally, the battery capacity has been improved, allowing a total of 20 tobacco sticks by IQOS to be used per full battery charge.
