Aino Straw Daiqiwi pairs strawberry with kiwi on a Virginia base. The tobacco comes ready to smoke in a 200 g tin.
Strawberry with a kiwi twist
Strawberry sets a sweet, berry direction and kiwi adds a gently tangy touch on top. Like a cocktail without alcohol, the result is fruity, sweet and a little exotic. Other blends built around strawberry are listed together.
Why Virginia
For this range Aino uses pale Virginia, known as blonde leaf. Its own taste stays in the background and it carries flavour easily, so strawberry and kiwi come through clearly.
Bowl and heat
Sprinkle the tobacco loosely into a phunnel or clay bowl and leave it airy. An HMD or foil both work for heat management. Let the coals glow all the way through first; if the session runs hot, move them outwards.
