The Geekvape Wenax Q Ultra is a pod mod kit with a built-in 1,300 mAh battery, up to 30 watts and a 2.51 inch touchscreen. The set includes two Q pods with 0.8 and 0.4 ohm. The pod holds 3 ml and is filled from the side. The device measures 126.37 × 28 mm. This version has a housing in silver.
Battery device and power
In variable wattage mode you set the power up to 30 watts by swiping across the display. It is charged via USB-C with 5 V and 2 A. A cable is included. The display shows power and battery level, among other things, and three backgrounds are available. With Wrist-to-Wake the display switches on when you lift the device.
Pods, tank and airflow
The Q pods have a built-in coil. The pod is transparent, so you can see the fill level. It is filled from the side. The side slider sets the airflow continuously. All Geekvape Q pods fit the Q Ultra, including those with 0.6 and 1.2 ohm. You can find more pod kits and battery devices from the manufacturer among the Geekvape mod kits.
Draw characteristics: MTL and DL
The pod with 0.8 ohm is pre-installed and intended for MTL. The pod with 0.4 ohm is designed for draws directly into the lungs (DL). It fires with draw activation, there is no fire button.
How to get started with the Wenax Q Ultra
- Charge the battery via USB-C when needed.
- Fill the pod with e-liquid from the side and keep an eye on the fill level in the transparent pod.
- Let the pod soak for a few minutes so that the coil saturates. Otherwise it burns (dry hit).
- Start with low power in the recommended wattage range of the pod.
- Set the airflow with the slider and adjust the power step by step.

Not really
Honestly more of a letdown. Too faint for my palate, especially with fruity liquids. When it’s quiet you can hear the draw more than I’d like. It wasn't for me.

Kurzes Feedback nach der ersten Woche. Man hat es gern in der Hand, die Kanten sind schön abgerundet. Auch ohne Vorkenntnisse kommt man mit der Bedienung sofort klar. Für unterwegs genau richtig, kompakt und ohne sperrige Teile. Die Optik ist eher nüchtern, funktional statt schön.
