The Vaporesso XROS 5 Mini is a compact pod system without a display or fire button. It has a built-in 1500 mAh battery and is draw-activated. The COREX 3.0 pod with a 0.6 ohm mesh coil holds 3 ml and fills from the top. Body colour of this version: Black.
Battery and power
The battery is built in and charges via USB-C at 5 V and 2 A. The device electronically adjusts power to suit the pod. The aluminium body measures around 110.5 × 24.2 × 14.1 mm.
Pod and coils
The device contains an XROS COREX 3.0 Pod with a built-in 0.6 ohm mesh coil, designed for a restricted direct-to-lung draw (RDL). The PCTG tank holds 3 ml. To fill it, remove the mouthpiece and fill from the top. The pod attaches magnetically. The coil is not rebuildable: if the draw weakens, replace the entire pod.
The device accepts all XROS pods. For a direct-to-lung draw (DL), use a 0.4 ohm pod, available separately. You can find replacement pods under Pods with coils, the brand's other devices can be found under Vaporesso pod systems.
Operation
Draw on the mouthpiece and the device fires automatically. There is no button or display. LEDs show charge level and status. Use the slider on the side to continuously adjust draw resistance from MTL to RDL.
Getting started with the XROS 5 Mini
- Charge the battery via USB-C.
- Remove the mouthpiece from the pod and fill it from the top.
- Replace the mouthpiece and let the coil soak for a few minutes until the cotton is saturated. Otherwise there is a risk of scorching.
- Adjust draw resistance with the airflow slider.

Which pods fit?
All XROS pods, including COREX 2.0 and 3.0 with 2 or 3 ml and resistances from 0.4 to 1.2 ohm. Pods are sold separately.
Are the colours technically different?
No. Battery, pod and contents are the same for all colours; only the body design changes.
