The cactus flavour is green and watery, with a sweet side recalling prickly pear and a hint of cucumber, kiwi or aloe. It does not bring strong acidity.
That is why manufacturers almost always combine cactus with something that gives it contour. The ice note is far ahead – cactus and ice give a green profile with a cooling effect. Lime and lemon follow level with each other, plus kiwi and fig as fruity additions.
Rim and attachment
