Under fruity, you will find two kinds of mixing flavourings: single flavourings that recreate one fruit, and ready-made combinations in which the manufacturer has balanced several fruits and often a cooling effect.
Single fruit or combination?
Single fruit: You build the blend yourself and set every share. This offers the most room, but calls for more balancing and patience when adjusting step by step.
Ready combination: The ratio of the fruits is fixed and you dose according to the label. The second flavour label – sweet, cold, fresh, exotic or sour – shows you the direction.
The flavour filter shows which fruits are included. The product description states whether a fruity flavouring is a concentrate for a separately chosen base or a longfill. Fruity flavourings are available from Dr. Frost, SC, Dampflion, 5EL, Dinner Lady and Aroma Syndikat, among others.
