Flavour of Black Raspberry

Black Raspberry tastes of ripe, slightly tart raspberries. The fruit is in front, and the base tobacco carries it. The honey base makes it slightly sweet and fruity; if you are looking for a berry mix, you are better off with Black Berries #24.

Base tobacco and cut

Kismet Noir is a moist, ready-to-smoke blend of Burley, Dark Air Cured, Oriental and a share of Virginia, refined with honey. The cut is fine to medium. The base tastes earthy, spicy and slightly tart and can subtly recall a cigar with more heat. The tobacco is made by Vandenberg in Germany.

Bowl and heat

In the phunnel you pack Kismet loosely to slightly compact and leave a small distance to the HMD. In a multi-hole bowl, fill loosely so that the heat arrives evenly. HMD or aluminium foil are both common. Start with controlled heat and increase it only when the flavour stays clean.

Stimmig

Für einen gemütlichen Abend mit meinem Bruder bestellt. Kurz gesagt: gute Sache. Erst kommt Himbeere, dann schiebt sich Beeren Mix nach, schön gemacht. Endlich mal eine Sorte, die nicht künstlich schmeckt!

Kann man nehmen

So richtig warm werde ich damit nicht. Macht man die Packung auf, riecht es sofort intensiv nach der Sorte. Für den Preis erwarte ich schon einiges. Nach der ersten Woche habe ich es aufgegeben, sie ohne Kratzen zu rauchen. Mal sehen, vielleicht gebe ich ihm noch eine Chance.
