The milk flavour is creamy, milky and slightly sweet, with no fruit and no acidity. In the varieties gathered here it usually carries a second flavour: the milk provides the base, the partner flavour sets the direction. Manufacturers include Anda, Aino, Blackburn and Darkside. Varieties in which milk stands alone are the exception.
