Loyal Green-K #11: Virginia shisha tobacco from Germany, 20 g. Flavour: berry mix, honeydew melon and cactus with ice. Bowl set-up, heat and questions about it.
Flavour of Green-K
Green-K mixes a berry mix with honeydew melon and cactus. The berries and the melon bring fruity sweetness, the cactus a green, slightly tart note. Ice comes on top: a cold ice note that sets Green-K apart from most other Loyal varieties. More tobacco with cactus: Cactus shisha tobacco.
Base tobacco and cut
The base is Virginia Leaf of German production, finely cut and well moistened. Each Loyal variety carries a number in its name; #11 stands for Green-K. All numbers at a glance: Loyal tobacco.
Bowl and heat
You build Green-K loosely in a Phunnel with HMD. The cold note comes through most clearly at medium heat. If the bowl runs too hot, the coolness steps back and the fruit turns flat.

Solide
Statt der großen Packung erst mal 20 g, das reicht für ein paar Köpfe! Im Abgang hat es für mich einen Hauch Parfüm.

So-so overall
Of my recent finds, this is the one I’m keeping. A bit too moist for me, packing gets sticky fast.

I'm happy
Shipping was reliable, as I know it. Prepping it on the balcony, I barely had to pick anything out, it was done in no time.
